ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

Vercel Web Analytics นับจำนวนผู้เข้าชมโดยไม่ใช้คุกกี้และไม่ระบุตัวบุคคล ข้อมูลที่ได้คือหน้าที่เปิด เว็บไซต์ที่พาคุณมา ประเทศ และประเภทอุปกรณ์กับเบราว์เซอร์ เราใช้ฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายเพื่อดูแลและปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์
Google Analytics ทำงานเฉพาะเมื่อคุณกด "ยอมรับ" ในแบนเนอร์คุกกี้ โดยจะตั้งคุกกี้ _ga เพื่อจำเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ และเก็บหน้าที่เปิด ปุ่มที่กด (เช่น ปุ่ม LINE ลิงก์อีเมล และปุ่มเปลี่ยนภาษา) ระยะเวลาที่อยู่บนหน้า ตำแหน่งโดยประมาณระดับเมือง และประเภทอุปกรณ์ เราใช้ฐานความยินยอม และไม่ได้เปิดใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อการโฆษณา

ข้อมูลใน Google Analytics เก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 14 เดือน ข้อความทาง LINE และอีเมลเก็บไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการติดต่อและการทำงานร่วมกัน

การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

Google และ Vercel อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณให้ใคร

สิทธิของคุณ

ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ คัดค้านการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ รวมถึงร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ส่งคำขอมาที่ baroad@poppinup.tech

ถอนความยินยอม

กด "ตั้งค่าคุกกี้" ที่ท้ายหน้าแรกแล้วเลือก "ไม่ยินยอม" ระบบจะหยุด Google Analytics และลบคุกกี้ _ga ออกจากเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ

Who looks after your data

Poppin up (Bangkok, Thailand) is the data controller for personal data collected on poppinup.tech. Contact us at baroad@poppinup.tech.

What we collect

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. It records the page you opened, the site that sent you, your country, and your device and browser type. We rely on legitimate interest to run and improve the site.
Google Analytics runs only if you press "Accept" in the cookie banner. It sets a _ga cookie to recognise your browser and records the pages you open, the buttons you press (such as the LINE button, email links and the language switch), time on page, approximate city and device type. We rely on your consent, and we have not turned on advertising features.
When you contact us on LINE or by email, we use what you send only to reply and to discuss the work you asked about.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months. LINE and email messages are kept as long as we need them to work with you.

Transfers outside Thailand

Google and Vercel may process data on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you can ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). Send requests to baroad@poppinup.tech.

Withdrawing consent

Press "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the home page and choose "No thanks". Google Analytics stops and the _ga cookies are removed from your browser.
